Our Mission
Betel’s mission is to bring long-term freedom and restoration to lives broken by addiction and homelessness.We accomplish this by building values, skills and character through living, working and worshipping together in a caring Christian community.
Our Vision
Our end goal is to help people not only escape addiction, but become productive, trustworthy men and women of character when they leave our community.
Our Values
Residents develop valuable life and work skills while participating in the Betel program. Through daily work responsibilities our people learn:

These skills help prepare them to successfully reintegrate into family life and society.

Betel Furniture is a non- profitable furniture business operated by Betel, forming part of the organisation’s mission to bring long-term freedom and restoration to lives broken by addiction.
Restored Identity
Like all of Betel’s businesses, our workshops and stores are staffed and managed by men and women living within the Betel community and learning to live restored lives free from addiction and homelessness.
Restored Purpose
By working in one of our non-profitable businesses, residents are given the opportunity to restore self-dignity, develop valuable skills, and rediscover a renewed sense of purpose for their future.
